TGS Terms of Use

By accessing and using TiE Global Summit’s (“TiE”/ “our”/ “us” / “we”) online platform (“Platform”) in connection with the 10th TiE Global Summit, to be held in Jaipur, India, from 04th January, 2026 to 06th January, 2026 (“Event”), users (“users”/ “you”/ “your”) consent to comply with these Terms of Use (‘Terms’), Visitors, Speakers and Delegates Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

The use of the Platform implies that users have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Additionally, users expressly agree that they will not infringe or violate any of TiE’s rights, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark.

Our Platform uses cookies; by using our Platform, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

By accepting the Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you register with our Platform, submit any material to our Platform, or use any of our Platform services, it implies that you explicitly agree to these Terms.

1. License to use Platform

  1. You may: 
    • View pages from our Platform in a web browser. 
    • Download pages from our Platform for caching in a web browser; 
    • Print pages from our Platform; and 
    • Use our Platform services by means of a web browser, subject to the other provisions of these Terms. 
  2. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you must not download any material from our Platform or save such material to your computer/device. 
  3. You may only use our Platform for the purpose for which it is meant, and not for any other purpose. 
  4. TiE prohibits the modification, editing, and out-of-context use of material from the Platform in any manner. 
  5. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works based on, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform, in whole or in part. 
  6. By accessing the Platform, users agree not to scrape, extract, or attempt to extract any data. 
  7. Users also agree not to use the Platform for monitoring, benchmarking, throttling, or any other activity that may impair the Platform’s performance or functionality. 
  8. Users agree not to access or attempt to access any Platform content by any means other than through the interface provided by TiE.
We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our Platform at our discretion. You must not attempt to circumvent or bypass any access restriction measures.

2. Acceptable Use

You must not:
  • Use our Platform in any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful way;
  • Take any action that causes or may cause damage to the Platform or affect its performance or availability;
  • Use our Platform to transmit or distribute malicious software;
  • Use the Platform in any way that may cause harm or prejudice to the Event;
  • Access or interact with our Platform using automated means (bots, spiders, etc.);
  • Violate the robots.txt directives;
  • Use data collected from our Platform for direct marketing or unsolicited communication.
All information you supply through the Platform must be true, accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

3. Registration and Accounts

  1. You may register for an account by completing and submitting the registration form and verifying your email.
  2. You must not allow any other person to use your account.
  3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use.
  4. You must not use another person’s account.

4. User Login Details

  1. When registering, you will be asked to choose a user ID and password.
  2. Your user ID must not be misleading or impersonate any person.
  3. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised disclosure.
You are responsible for any activity resulting from a failure to keep your password confidential.

5. Cancellation, Suspension, and Account Deletion

  1. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or cancel your account for violating these Terms.
  2. You may cancel your account via the Platform control panel.
  3. To delete your account, you may:
    • Use the “Delete Account” option in your profile; or
    • Contact us at info@tieglobalsummit.org using your registered email.
Account deletion requests will be processed per our policies and applicable law. Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Your Content

  1. “Your content” refers to the information provided for Event registration or use of the Platform.
  2. You grant TiE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, publish, and distribute your content in connection with the Event or future TiE programs.
  3. You may edit your content using the available tools.
  4. If you breach these Terms, we may delete or modify your content without notice.

7. Limited Warranties

  1. TiE does not warrant that the information on this Platform is accurate or complete and disclaims any liability for errors or omissions.
  2. TiE assumes no liability for the interpretation or use of the information contained on this Platform.
  3. We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any Platform service without notice or compensation.
All representations and warranties relating to this Platform are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Breach of Terms

If you breach these Terms, TiE may immediately terminate your access to the Platform without prior notice. TiE shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold TiE, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

10. Payments and Billing

    1. You agree to use valid payment methods and ensure sufficient funds for transactions. 
    2. TiE is not responsible for failed or unauthorised transactions. 
    3. Payments are governed by TiE’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws

11. Variation

TiE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Assignment

TiE may assign or transfer its rights under these Terms. You may not do so without TiE’s prior written consent.

13. Severability

If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

14. Third Party Rights

This agreement is for the benefit of TiE and the user only and is not enforceable by any third party.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Speakers and Delegates Terms & Conditions, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and TiE regarding the use of our Platform.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, India.
