Visitors, Speakers, Exhibitors, Partners, and Delegates at the 10th TiE Global Summit

  1. These Terms & Conditions for visitors, speakers, exhibitors, partners and delegates are applicable for every person registered as a regular visitor and/or partner and/or exhibitor and/or delegate and/or speaker to attend the 10th TiE Global Summit to be held at Jaipur, India, from 04th to 06th January 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “10th TiE Global Summit / Event / 10th TGS”).
  2. The 10th TiE Global Summit is organised by TiE Rajasthan on behalf of TiE Global (“Organisers”).
  3. The visitors/delegates/exhibitors/partners/attendees/speakers (“You/Your/Yourself”) have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and accept to be bound by them.

1. Event Registration

  1. When registering for the Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 
  2. You agree to bear the pass cost of the Event. 
  3. Only fully complete registration forms will be accepted. 
  4. Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full, where applicable. 
  5. If full payment has not been received by the Organisers before the notified deadline, the registration shall automatically stand cancelled at the discretion of the Organisers. 
  6. If the maximum visitor/delegate capacity is reached, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse additional registrations. 
  7. Organisers reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions or any other information contained on the Event website or mobile application (“Sites”) at any time. 
  8. Organisers encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes. 
  9. Continued use of the Sites constitutes Your acceptance of the then-current Terms and Conditions. 
  10. You acknowledge and agree that the date and venue of the Event are fixed, and you have no right to seek postponement or reallocation of the fee or booking. 
  11. Organisers reserve the right to alter the title, location, format, venue, or date of the Event at their sole discretion. 
  12. Your continued use of the Event website shall be deemed acceptance of such changes. 
  13. By registering, you explicitly consent that the contact information provided by you can be used by the Organisers. 
  14. You consent that details shared during registration may be used by the Organisers and third-party partners to share updates about this or other events, services, or announcements. 
  15. Passes are valid only for the named registered visitor/delegate/speaker and are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-upgradable. 
  16. You may be asked for a government-approved photo ID during the Event. 
  17. Failure to provide matching identification may result in denied entry. 
  18. Right of admission is reserved by the Organisers. 
  19. You consent that the data shared by You during registration may be shared with sponsors, partners, or exhibitors when You interact with them at the Event. 
  20. Organisers are not liable for any unauthorised disclosure or misuse of such information by third parties. 
  21. All attendees are fully liable for their own actions. 
  22. Foreign attendees are solely responsible for obtaining necessary visas, travel, and accommodation arrangements.

2. Venue and Special Requirements

  1. You must comply with all rules and regulations governing attendance at the Jaipur Venue. Personal belongings brought to the Venue are at your own risk. 
  2. Any damage to property at the Venue caused by You shall be Your responsibility, and You shall fully indemnify the Organisers. 
  3. Use of car-parking facilities at the Venue is at your own risk. 
  4. Organisers are not responsible for loss or damage arising from parking use. 
  5. Organisers are not responsible for food allergies, disabilities, or health issues. Attendance is at your own risk.

3. Conduct Requirements

You shall:

  1. Observe all Venue rules, health and safety policies, and Organisers’ instructions. 
  2. Behave respectfully and professionally in compliance with applicable laws. 
  3. Ensure adequate insurance coverage for personal and travel needs. 
  4. Acknowledge that attendance is at your own risk, and Organisers bear no responsibility for visa or travel matters.

4. Event Content

  1. Organisers reserve the right to change content, agenda, speakers, timing, or venue without prior notice. 
  2. All rights in all Event materials (“Content”) belong to the Organisers. 
  3. Unauthorised recording, reproduction, or redistribution of Event Content is prohibited. 
  4. Organisers are not responsible for opinions expressed by speakers or delegates. 
  5. You grant the Organisers full rights to record, photograph, or film You during the Event and use such material for promotional purposes. 
  6. You agree that these recordings shall be the sole property of the Organisers. 
  7. Organisers shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or changes in the Event programme or Content. 
  8. In case of rescheduling, cancellation, or Force Majeure, Organisers are not liable for travel or related costs.

5. Liability

    1. Organisers’ total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid. 
    2. Organisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. 
    3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers from any damages, claims, or losses arising from your actions or breach of these terms.
    4. Organisers shall not be liable for any injury, death, theft, or loss during the Event.

6. Compliance with Laws

    1. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 
    2. You must not offer or accept any inducement or bribe.
    3. You must adhere to current health and safety protocols, including any public-health regulations applicable at the time of the Event.

7. Force Majeure

    1. Organisers shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond their reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
    2. In such events, Organisers may vary, postpone, or cancel the Event without liability.

8. General

    1. The Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms.
    2. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
    3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Organisers.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

    1. The Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms.
    2. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
    3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Organisers.

10. 10th TiE Global Summit – Cancellation Policy

  1. Passes are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
  2. In case of cancellation or postponement due to Force Majeure, Organisers shall not be liable for costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation).
  3. Organisers will decide the refund or transfer policy as required from time to time, and the same can not be challenged.
  4. No refund is provided for no-shows or self-cancellations.
