Visitors, Speakers, Exhibitors, Partners, and Delegates at the 10th TiE Global Summit<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

  1. These Terms & Conditions for visitors, speakers, exhibitors, partners and delegates are applicable for every person registered as a regular visitor and\/or partner and\/or exhibitor and\/or delegate and\/or speaker to attend the <\/span>10th TiE Global Summit<\/b> to be held at <\/span>Jaipur, India<\/b>, from <\/span>04th<\/sup> to 06th<\/sup> January 2026<\/b> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201c<\/span>10th<\/sup> TiE Global Summit \/ Event \/ 10th<\/sup> TGS<\/b>\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  2. The <\/span>10th<\/sup> TiE Global Summit<\/b> is organised by <\/span>TiE Rajasthan on behalf of TiE Global<\/b> (\u201c<\/span>Organisers<\/b>\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  3. The visitors\/delegates\/exhibitors\/partners\/attendees\/speakers (“You\/Your\/Yourself”) have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and accept to be bound by them.<\/span>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    1. Event Registration<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    1. When registering for the Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    2. You agree to bear the pass cost of the Event.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    3. Only fully complete registration forms will be accepted.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    4. Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full, where applicable.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    5. If full payment has not been received by the Organisers before the notified deadline, the registration shall automatically stand cancelled at the discretion of the Organisers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    6. If the maximum visitor\/delegate capacity is reached, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse additional registrations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    7. Organisers reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions or any other information contained on the Event website or mobile application (\u201cSites\u201d) at any time.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    8. Organisers encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    9. Continued use of the Sites constitutes Your acceptance of the then-current Terms and Conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    10. You acknowledge and agree that the date and venue of the Event are fixed, and you have no right to seek postponement or reallocation of the fee or booking.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    11. Organisers reserve the right to alter the title, location, format, venue, or date of the Event at their sole discretion.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    12. Your continued use of the Event website shall be deemed acceptance of such changes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    13. By registering, you explicitly consent that the contact information provided by you can be used by the Organisers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    14. You consent that details shared during registration may be used by the Organisers and third-party partners to share updates about this or other events, services, or announcements.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    15. Passes are valid only for the named registered visitor\/delegate\/speaker and are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-upgradable.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    16. You may be asked for a government-approved photo ID during the Event.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    17. Failure to provide matching identification may result in denied entry.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    18. Right of admission is reserved by the Organisers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    19. You consent that the data shared by You during registration may be shared with sponsors, partners, or exhibitors when You interact with them at the Event.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    20. Organisers are not liable for any unauthorised disclosure or misuse of such information by third parties.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    21. All attendees are fully liable for their own actions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
    22. Foreign attendees are solely responsible for obtaining necessary visas, travel, and accommodation arrangements.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      2. Venue and Special Requirements<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      1. You must comply with all rules and regulations governing attendance at the <\/span>Jaipur<\/b> Venue. Personal belongings brought to the Venue are at your own risk.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
      2. Any damage to property at the Venue caused by You shall be Your responsibility, and You shall fully indemnify the Organisers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
      3. Use of car-parking facilities at the Venue is at your own risk.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
      4. Organisers are not responsible for loss or damage arising from parking use.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
      5. Organisers are not responsible for food allergies, disabilities, or health issues. Attendance is at your own risk.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        3. Conduct Requirements<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        You shall:<\/span><\/p>

        1. Observe all Venue rules, health and safety policies, and Organisers\u2019 instructions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
        2. Behave respectfully and professionally in compliance with applicable laws.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
        3. Ensure adequate insurance coverage for personal and travel needs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
        4. Acknowledge that attendance is at your own risk, and Organisers bear no responsibility for visa or travel matters.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          4. Event Content<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          1. Organisers reserve the right to change content, agenda, speakers, timing, or venue without prior notice.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
          2. All rights in all Event materials (\u201cContent\u201d) belong to the Organisers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
          3. Unauthorised recording, reproduction, or redistribution of Event Content is prohibited.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
          4. Organisers are not responsible for opinions expressed by speakers or delegates.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
          5. You grant the Organisers full rights to record, photograph, or film You during the Event and use such material for promotional purposes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
          6. You agree that these recordings shall be the sole property of the Organisers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
          7. Organisers shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or changes in the Event programme or Content.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
          8. In case of rescheduling, cancellation, or Force Majeure, Organisers are not liable for travel or related costs.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            5. Liability<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              1. Organisers\u2019 total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
              2. Organisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
              3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers from any damages, claims, or losses arising from your actions or breach of these terms.<\/span><\/li>
              4. Organisers shall not be liable for any injury, death, theft, or loss during the Event.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                6. Compliance with Laws<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                  1. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
                  2. You must not offer or accept any inducement or bribe.<\/span>
                    <\/span><\/li>
                  3. You must adhere to current health and safety protocols, including any public-health regulations applicable at the time of the Event.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                    7. Force Majeure<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                      1. Organisers shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond their reasonable control (\u201cForce Majeure Event\u201d).<\/span>\n<\/span><\/li>\n \t
                      2. In such events, Organisers may vary, postpone, or cancel the Event without liability.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                        \n\t\t\t\t\t

                          1. The Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms.<\/span>

                          2. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in <\/span>Jaipur, Rajasthan<\/b>.<\/span>
                            <\/span><\/li>
                          3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Organisers.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                                  \n\t\t\t\t\t

                                  10. 10th<\/sup> TiE Global Summit \u2013 Cancellation Policy<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                                    \n \t
                                  1. Passes are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.<\/span>\n\n<\/span><\/li>\n \t
                                  2. In case of cancellation or postponement due to Force Majeure, Organisers shall not be liable for costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation).<\/span>\n\n<\/span><\/li>\n \t
                                  3. Organisers will decide the refund or transfer policy as required from time to time, and the same can not be challenged.<\/span>\n<\/span><\/li>\n \t
