Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the tieglobalsummit.org website or registering for the TiE Global Summit 2026 (“Summit”) hosted by TiE Indore.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing a delegate pass for the Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Registration and Payment

• Eligibility: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Payment: All fees are payable in the currency specified during checkout. Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
• Tickets: Delegate passes are strictly personal and non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by the organizing committee.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made by the attendee. In the unlikely event that the Summit is postponed or cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, attendees will have the option to transfer their passes to the rescheduled dates. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees.

4. Event Code of Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of Summit participants in any form. The organizers reserve the right to revoke access to the Summit without a refund for any individual violating this Code of Conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

All content presented at the Summit, including presentations, videos, and materials provided by speakers, are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Recording, broadcasting, or commercializing these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Media Release

By attending the Summit, you grant TiE Global, TiE Indore, and its authorized representatives the right and permission to record, photograph, or capture your likeness and voice in any media. You agree that these materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiE Global, TiE Indore, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Summit or your use of our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Summit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
